Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Cancellation:
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer support team at care@cactusgoodness.com to initiate the cancellation process. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7 business days after acknowledgment of the cancellation request. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund:
Returns are accepted for products damaged in transit, with physical defects, or if an incorrect product is shipped. Submit an email with photos of the damaged/incorrect product within the specified time for the request to be considered.
To return all or part of your order, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the products by emailing care@cactusgoodness.com Returns are not accepted for used products, items with broken seals, or tampered serial numbers. Upon receipt of the returned product, cactus goodness will inspect and validate the claim.
Approved eligible returns will result in a refund or replacement. If the product is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you. For online payments, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.). Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded to your bank account within 14 working days of the refund request.
Refund or Return on personalized products are not available.
CactusGoodness Refund and Return Policy (Switch Challenge)
Welcome to CactusGoodness. We strive to ensure the highest quality of cosmetic and personal care products for our customers. Please read this Refund and Return Policy carefully before purchasing any products from our website, www.cactusgoodness.com. By purchasing any products, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with any of our products, we offer the option to return the products under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt.
- Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at care@cactusgoodness.com. Our team will guide you on the next steps, including product photos or any other proof required. You may be asked to ship the product back to our warehouse at your own expense.
- Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
- Non-refundable Items: Any promotional or discounted products, gift cards, or items bought during clearance sales are non-refundable.
2. Exchange Policy
We allow product exchanges for different sizes or variants within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
3. Switch Challenge Terms and Conditions
CactusGoodness introduces the #SwitchChallenge for customers trying our shampoo. If a customer is not satisfied with our shampoo, they can claim a 1-year supply of their previous shampoo from us under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: This challenge is applicable only for customers residing in India and applies exclusively to CactusGoodness shampoos.
- Challenge Duration: Customers can claim the 1-year supply within 45 days of their CactusGoodness shampoo purchase.

Claim Procedure:
- Customers must submit a claim through email at care@cactusgoodness.com within the 45-day period.
- Proof of purchase of the previous shampoo used for at least one year must be submitted, including photos or documents as requested.
- Customers may be required to return the CactusGoodness shampoo to our designated warehouse.
- Any additional proof requested by the company must be provided.
- Correspondence: CactusGoodness will respond to any claims or queries related to the Switch Challenge within 72 working hours.
- Geographic Limitation: The #SwitchChallenge is valid only in India, and CactusGoodness reserves the right to discontinue the challenge in certain geographic locations without prior notice.
- Discontinuation: CactusGoodness reserves the right to discontinue or modify the #SwitchChallenge at any time without any prior notice.
- Final Decision: The company reserves the right to deny any claim without providing an explanation.
4. General Terms
- Automatic Agreement: By purchasing products from www.cactusgoodness.com, you agree to all the terms outlined in this Refund and Return Policy and the Switch Challenge Terms and Conditions.
- Jurisdiction: All terms and conditions outlined here are subject to the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
- Changes to Policy: CactusGoodness reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior intimation.
